ok due to the spamming of the forums i have dicided to create a single area 52 topic.

All topics created on area 52 can go in here or else will be deleted, any posts asking for a release will aslo be deleted or modified so that that content is taken out.

Details on area 52

- it is likely that there will be two versions released one with BXBX gates and one with DSF 1.4
-Gates and scripts are built into the building so it is impossible to place a gate in the building,
-3 floors
-1st floor, gateroom
               Interogation room
               medical bay
               control room
               storage room
               possiblity of a ammo room.
2nd floor,  Briefing room Generals office
3rd Floor,  Noting so far
- Base contains emergancy Blast doors in the event of a attack
- BXBX malps work along with the addon,

for the final time the project is completely the work of BXBX other team members are just for beta testing and cosultation. Beta cannot be given out so please dont spam us asking for the beta.

BXBX website is here.
http://bxbx.atrey.vdsoft.org/

i am also working on compiling a SG objects pack, it is nearly done, just need to get the monitors done, this includes several misc objects from area 52, like flags, and chairs, also includes laptops and other computer equipment.

Hmmmm, I wouldn't really bother redirecting people to BXBXs site, at least not yet, since the only activity is in the czech forums. Apart from that, site is dead (not updated). rolleyes

Just out of curiosity do you know the length and width of the complex? I want to make sure I leave enough room for the the SGU A&G maps. If you don't then it's np.

hmm difficult question. it will easily fit on one of the smaller SG worlds islands. however it is got internals only, from the outside to keep the faces down there are no face count down. so there is no point of adding a runway of such to the island.and it cannot be added to a island it has to be placed through the editor.

That's cool. That makes it easier on me lol. All I have to do is leave an area, that I think would be large enough, to hold it. Most structures must be place on level ground anyhow, or run the risk of having elevations inside the building, or worse won't be able to enter certain rooms, or at all. I guess my question, in  comparison, would be more like say how many standard aircraft hangers could you lay out for the length x width? That would have been a better way for me to ask. I'm sorry lol. That way I'll have a better idea of what to do for the elevations for Earth. Oh, and thanks for the reply. Cheers....

Happy Hunting

edit
The aircraft hanger was the first building that came in to mind if you know of another one that's cool too.

ok a question about area 52:

in the extra mission in wich the MALP has to go through the gate before you go through. it should go automatically, right?

well on my end the MALP start to drive towards the gate but after 2 seconds or so the MALP is stuck on the earth gates stairs :S

also when i try to walk through the earth gate i dont go to the next gate but i end up behind the gate still in the SGC :S

and: i read on the front page about the sgx with a bxbx gate and a dsf gate. where can i find the dsf gate sgc?

That error message means that something is wrong in your description.ext. Post its content please, otherwise we won't be able to help you.

mini mod это просто супер вещь))))

Mini-mod, super addition!
especially liked the team of SG-1.
All persoonazhi but Major Carter, made a very good quality.

Area 52 deserves special admiration. very like.
I would like to know: you addon zone 52 in ArmA carry or plan to deal with only Mr Farlas?
