Hi everyone. I'm new here and I really really love stargate. I'm trying to use this but it wont work for some reason D:

I put everything in addons. like the read me said. But i can't open a wormhole or few the misson example or do any crap. Can anyone please help me? I downloaded the other packs i found here. it still dosent want to work.

All the other packs work fine. stargate itself is the main probem

Verify you've done it correctly. There are several posts around that cover getting started.

Is there any way that I can make the AI not go stupid on me after they walk through the gate. I can get them to pass through no problem but once I do they dont follow command anymore and just act plain old retarted

Sorry im am a bitt of a noob when it comes to this...ehmm I dont realy understand how to give the stargates there adresses or how to get them to work... if someone wold have some time to spare mabe they cold explain this to me more detailed, thanks!

And yes i hope and pray for a working gate in Arma 2 as much as the next fan, but we shall have to wait man they re-wrote the whole script!

I'm going to unsticky this, since the Mission Makers' release was ages ago and that the changes between the way the versions work is massive.

The gate is being worked on currently in ArmA II - it's been a while since we've tested in it ArmA to be honest.

The Mission Makers' release on ArmA II... I don't know, I've not tried that combination. Either way, given the age of the release, it is not a supported condition.

Yeah, there is literally no code shared between the misson makers release and the present internal alpha, its all brand new 'clean' code.

Please remember that this project is one of the biggest in ArmA/II and usually theres only one developer working on it at any one time.

ITER was originally an acronym for International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, but that title was dropped due to the negative popular connotation of "thermonuclear", especially when in conjunction with "experimental".
