Bullets go through.
The only thing that we do not transport are corpses and anything inhereted from "Bird" or "Insect".

Corpses are a pain to detect. Bird & Insect are far too numerous and they'll hold the gate open for the full 38 minutes if they keep buzzing round it!

Master Bra'tac beat Apophis in a game of chess. Using Mr Bun the Baker.

When Master Bra'tac fell from above and failed to learn to fly on the way down, Hannor Mir still became a street pizza.

If cars get through, small airships like the jumper should too.

That said, I doubt the gate could transport an alkesh or hatak.

Aurora classes or Ori Warships would be quite the challenge to fit through, lol.

The gate also cannot transport helicopters.
We've tried.

Puddle jumpers go through fine.
(As long as you withdraw the pods)

We've been working on a new procedure dubbed Predictive Balistic Tracing (PBT), it analysis the movement patterns of all objects near a gate; using there speed and vector to determine where they'll impact and wether to transport.

We've tested a vulcan 1m from the gate and every projectile went through.

ITER was originally an acronym for International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, but that title was dropped due to the negative popular connotation of "thermonuclear", especially when in conjunction with "experimental".
