Was it worth it?
« on: April 14, 2008, 04:16:09 pm »

2 members banned... was there any real need to make it this bad?

I call upon meditation to all those who seem to fight for release of ripped content, no matter what.
Are you being paid or something to want to release something with that hurry? Don't you have any sense of property?

If you don't have permission to use or modify an addon, why do you fight for the supposed "right" to have it, when you actually don't have that right?

The sentence "release without permission", replace it by "adopt a child without the parent's consent"... all of us have the right to have kids, so, why don't we steal them? Sure that you don't appeal to stealing kids, so think about addons like kids too. For addons, you have a period of breeding, growing the baby, feeding it, learning how to handle his needs, educating him, making him able to integrate with the community... that's a lot of someone's time and ideas, and that's something no one should ever steal, because they're almost stealing our souls or our brains.

So please, reconsider... here we have asked for permissions and have gotten them nicely, with no problems on the original creator's side, and therefore you now can enjoy some alphas/betas and future creations. All it takes is patience, and friendly behaviour... it opens lots of doors.

Support the good guys, they'd do the same for you.

Cheers to everyone

ITER was originally an acronym for International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, but that title was dropped due to the negative popular connotation of "thermonuclear", especially when in conjunction with "experimental".

Master Bra'tac beat Apophis in a game of chess. Using Mr Bun the Baker.

When Master Bra'tac fell from above and failed to learn to fly on the way down, Hannor Mir still became a street pizza.
