Sooo, since everyone seems to complain about the absence of posts in the forum - easily solved if you guys tried to contribute even some simple offtopics in the forum to make it alive instead of just posting in the shoutbox (shoutboxes aren't really meant to be housing all community activity... what little there is) - , I'm gonna do a little contribution myself.
BIS has announced this community awards contest, in which people get to decide which mod, campaign and some more things, they consider are the best of the year 2008.
http://www.bistudio.com/community-blog/2008-community-awards-nominations-2_en.htmlAll details there, but be sure to vote us as the best mod for ArmA out there (why wouldn't you). We may even get a prize if we win hehehe, but you should all vote, it'd be a great cheering for the Stargate community as a whole, to be mentioned somewhere this cool. Sure, this is all in Alpha/Beta stage at best, but hey, don't dare think it'll be like that forever, and when it gets in a decent final state, there'll be lots of chins dropping all around us, so, vote for all that sure potential you'll get to see when this is all done. Who knows what surprise could be derivated from getting a prize for the best mod of 2008...

Cheers
PS.: And use the forums guys... I don't know, talk about what Joseph Mallozzi shows us in his blog about Season 5 of Atlantis and all his crazy food and "book of the month" posts, talk about soccer, hot girls... just keep the loop running.
