Thought id create a new board for discussing the TV series.

Was watching "This mortal coil" Today.

Is it me or is there 2 classes of Ancient warship? theres Aurora and another one that seems larger? or is it just a aurora from a different angle?

Well, the Ancients had 2 kinds of ships (or at least the replicators did), which are the Aurora class ship and the cruiser class. I think that's what you saw.

PS.: 3 days to Season 5...

Probably the puddle jumper was used for that kind of missions. That, or the cruisers, but I don't think they'd send an Aurora class just to explore.

Cheers

I've known about that for about a week or two, precisely from Joe Mallozzi's blog, but didn't bother much, I prefer to just watch the fully produced show.
