Will the launcher run both ARMA 1 and 2 or just one of them?

Here is a very Alpha Version. Started with the basic features and such to set the foundation of the launcher.

I believe the install page only works with internet Explorer (will get other install options later) let me know of this and anything you have problems with. Haven't tested it on ARMA I yet.

ive selected arma I as version but get the error that no version was selected on pressing the launch arma I button - arma I is launched anyway xD

edit: and i end up in the start server menu ???


can you make a multiple-choice board in wich you can choose wether you would like to start with the start server menu or the editor menu? and preset the map too? :P

Cant get it to download (im using internet explorer), wont install it says verifying and then just fails.....

Released new version.

Launcher should automatically detect and ask if you want to download the update on start up.

-Fixed the ARMA 1 Message saying no version selected when launched.
-Don't End up in the ARMA 1 server start menu now unwillingly  :)
-Added ARMA 1 Features for MAX Memory, Direct X Sound, Open AL Sound,No Sound.
-Added Features for both ARMA 1 & 2 for
          -No Pause (ARMA doesnt pause when its not the current active program)
          -World=Empty (ARMA Loads faster by not loading the default island map or animations)

I Reconfigured the server settings.

I was able to use mozilla to run the launcher now, let me know how it goes on your end.

I get an Unable to Verify Error. I tried it again and it worked, but I keep getting Unhandled Exception errors.

Edit: Nevermind I was trying to open the game folders without selecting them first. It works great! :biggrin:

Unable to recieve game files - files corrupted- it says............... Arg almost worked too

it almost installs it, then says stargate mod launcher updater failed/error/crashed.........so it already downloads it! Wont run tho

Thanks! I just added a error check for that in the next version.

Only thing i can think of right now is to double check to see if you have .NET Framework 2.0 installed

*New update*

Launcher should automatically detect and ask if you want to download the update on start up.

-Error Checking added when trying to open arma1/2 location without specifying location.
-Direct X Sound Option Color changed to match.
-Button added to be able to delete profiles.
-Startup settings Feature added to Start at the non-dedicated host menu.
-Developers Tab added that includes a Arma report tab used to load ARMA 1/2 Reports files with ease to view errors ect..

The Installer keeps making me update almost everytime I run it. Also I keep getting errors and crashes that say its improperly formatted and others, but then when I run it again it works fine.
