Didn't expect them to actually stay on Earth... I wonder if the movie will revolve around that fact. But yeah, it was a cool end... also loved Vegas.

Only thing about end of atlantis is you can tell it was rushed, when they realised they werent gonna get another season, It really wasnt a proper ending at all, they just said "f***k you" to the pegasus galaxy? Come on thats unlikely, especially since the wraith just made it to earth!

I was upset when they had to end Stargate Atlantis but do any of you know when or if they will be coming out with the Stargate Altlantis movie called "Stargate: Extinction"?

It was delayed because of money problems, although I have not heard of any news about it being canceled.

I recently read that the money was now available as MGM are restructuring they are just waiting for the green light.

I have a general rule of thumb with movie scripts. If they do a sequel in two years it is generally crap compared to the original. Hopefully after all this time Extinction and Revolution are well refined scripts by now.
