Hey i am sure most of you if not all are fans of the new Stargate Universe series, (its awesome!)
Stargate Universe Music video remake HD

Anyway i know we already have some units from icarus base released for arma 2 and stuff, which are great, is there ANY plan/work being done on the Destiny or the recent Aliens encountered??

I mean like the inside of the destiny for a firefight would be cool, if not then just the ship itself.........

SGU Season 2 starts tonight in the US. Looks like season 2 is going to blow season 1 out of the water.

Wasn't it designed to be more of a dramatic saga and less episodic than the other 2?

Master Bra'tac beat Apophis in a game of chess. Using Mr Bun the Baker.

When Master Bra'tac fell from above and failed to learn to fly on the way down, Hannor Mir still became a street pizza.

I liked it, but the whole first half of Season 1 all they did was cry and gripe about how much it sucked to be there. The second half was better and Season 2 looks alot better.

I think Stargate Atlantis was my favorite but I don't think Stargate Universe is as good, even my other friends that watched stargate before I did stoped watching it because I guess they did not like it. Stargate Universe I think limits itself because the sets are just mostly in the ship and nothing really interesting happens. I just miss all the offworld missions and mystery the different worlds had and they always started an interesting plot for each episode. I still watch Stargate Universe even though I don't think it is as good but it's ok in my opinion.

I like universe, but its a bit of an aquired taste. I liked the early SG-1 episodes because they usually had deep ethical and moral questions. SGU has a bit of that when there trying to decide if its okay to sacrifice certain people for "the greater good".

ITER was originally an acronym for International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, but that title was dropped due to the negative popular connotation of "thermonuclear", especially when in conjunction with "experimental".

"kill all and spare none"

*cough cough*
Anyhow just wanted to say i think SGU is a really good show, i think it shows that there has been 15 years plus of ground work, and the acting and general storyline in my opinion is far superior to battlestar galacticar and SG1/SGA for that matter.

All in all if we got another SG1 we wouldnt like it, and you may complain its just the same old same old, now we have charactors that arnt easy to like, some SG fans cant handle that (not insulting, its just if you like a certain type of show you wont like another) but i think its fantastic, i like Colonel young because hes so damn wrong sometimes, i mean thats great, thats human, that realistic, which is a really intelligent way to do a sci-fi show.
