My New PC Upgrades

I just recently updated my PC with the following!


-AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition Thuban 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Six-Core
-GeIL Black Dragon 8GB (4 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
-ASUS Crosshair IV Formula AM3 AMD 890FX
-Thermaltake Black Widow 850 watt Power Supply.


And im still using my Geforce GTX 285 and 10kRPM 300gb velociraptor

850 watt? Crazy stuff. I'm still running 480w . Hmm, 6 cores, video encoding must be awesome, I'm running with just 2 (C2D E8500).

Haven't tried any video encoding yet, but ill let ya know!

When encoding dvds to iso files it goes super fast compared to my old AMD FX 60 (Dual 2.6ghz)



Cant wait to get a SATA6 SSD Drive in a month or 2. Using the 10kRPM 300gb velociraptor right now.
