Does not work (only for me!?)

Even all files on http://www.teamsgx.com/... cant be Downloaded from me,
i have tried it with an american an a german IP-Adress both brings "Error 403"

Can anyone post a working link, please?

I still havent the "SG-X_Pack_1.rar", i repeat me but i cant download any file from teamsgx...
